it’s important to remember to stress less:
1. Dance it out.
2. Go for a walk.
3. Talk about it. With your best girl friends.
4. Just breathe.
5. Go to bed earlier.
6. Focus on things that you can control.
7. And forget about the rest.
8. Sing a song. Sing it loud.
9. Look for opportunities. Sometimes they hide.
10. Smile.
